Bruno Mars is a bit of a dodgy little troll, isn't he? The problem is, he's also a pretty good musician with some disgustingly catchy songs. People love this dude - he's not only performing at the Super Bowl halftime show, but now he's been named Billboard's Artist of the Year for 2013. Like, out of all artists.
Apparently his second album has sold 1.2 million copies since it was released a year ago this month. That seems... low, right? That's not a dig on Bruno, I just feel like when we hear about album sales, it's like, "Sold 60 million copies!" or whatever. Maybe I'm wrong on that one? Anyway, here...
Eminem's Marshall Mathers LP 2 is mostly all garbage, but the one shining star on the record has to be 'Monster', his (second to date) track with Rihanna. It's damn catchy and Eminem manages to keep his maniacal screaming to a low hum (for him), so I can dig it.
