Well, the next time you hear from me, chickadees, the Video Music Awards 2011 will have come and gone. Here’s what to expect:
- Lady Gaga is thrilled to be the opening act.
- Adele is also slated to perform, along with Beyoncé, Chris Brown, and others.
- There’s no host this year.
- E! suspects that Kanye West and Jay-Z will give a surprise performance.
- Gasp! The Hunger Games trailer will premiere during the ceremony.
- Katy Perry, Adele, Tyler the Creator, the Beastie Boys, and Bruno Mars all received noms for the prized Video of the Year Award.
Well? Do you plan to watch this year’s VMAs? Or will you hide in bed with a pillow over your face, waiting for it all to finally end? (Guess which one’s my plan!)
