Can someone please explain to me why this movie is premiering everywhere but America?
Seriously we’re going to see this film premiere in the middle of the Congo before it comes to the States. At least then Sarah Jessica will have an acceptable reason to wear an elaborate headdress.
The Sex and the City girls showed up at the Berlin premiere today, and, while Sarah Jessica actually looks presentable this time, Kim Cattrall’s dress looks like the sewing machine had a nervous breakdown.
Kristen looks adorable, per usual, and Cynthia is wearing essentially the same thing she wore in London.
The film is getting lukewarm reviews so far, to the surprise of absolutely no one.
I think it is delayed in North American because Lucasfilm is doing some work on their faces.

I think it’s just the unfortunate hem level of her skirt. How tall is she? Because just below the knee is a difficult hem height. IMDB puts her at 5’6″ so maybe she’s evenly porportioned and not all leg. Either way though, she always looks great. SJP also looks fantastic.

ill admit, im a guy who has probably seen one to many Sex and the City episodes.
Ill also admit…the transition to big screen is not going to go down very well. the script, the characters and the supposed funny parts dont have the stamina for big screen. Sorry to the millions of girls in the US peeing on themselves for opening day. its gonna suck.

Having seen only a few partial episodes of Sex and the City and knowing little about women’s fashions, I would prefer to see the four of them in a naked pile wrestling each other’s oiled bodies.

These are women in their 40’s, and they look pretty damn good. It’s refreshing to see women without the rubber lips and the watermelon tits. I’m sure a few of the SATC girls have had some work done, but it’s subtle and tasteful. If you want to see girls in their 20’s, add Beverly Hills 90210 to your Netflix queue.
