This is a really cute story, that is, if you happen to be one of those people who think Chris Brown is cute. If you are one of those people, then good for you! Your boy, Chris, is back up to his old tricks, breaking laws and not giving a damn! He’s such a charming little rebel, isn’t he? Precious!

This story will probably cause you to do something between rolling your eyes and wishing you could pull your hair out from frustration, because Chris Brown stole a phone from one of his fans. Yep, he called her a bitch and stole her phone for taking a picture. That happened.

Chris Brown has been accused of angrily snatching some girl’s iPhone outside a nightclub in Miami this weekend … and driving off with it — law enforcement tells TMZ.
A rep for the Miami Beach PD tells TMZ, 24-year-old Christal Spann filed a police report Sunday for “robbery by snatching” — claiming she followed Chris and rapper Tyga out of Cameo nightclub early in the morning … and snapped a picture of Chris getting into his Bentley.
Christal told cops … Chris flipped out when he saw her camera phone– then grabbed it through the car window, saying, “Bitch, you’re not gonna put that on the Internet.”
According to the police report, Chris then rolled up his window and drove off — $500 iPhone in hand.
A rep for the Miami Beach PD tells us, no arrests have been made and no warrant has been issued yet. We’re told the incident is currently under investigation.
BTW, Chris is still on probation for the Rihanna beating and if he’s arrested he could be thrown in jail on a probation violation.
Calls to Chris’ reps were not returned.
I’m usually an optimist, but I think Chris is going to pull a Lindsay on this one, and by pulling a Lindsay, of course I mean committing a crime and not receiving any punishment for it because at one point in time, you were pretty popular. It’s fairly obvious at this point that Chris Brown has been forgiven by the public, for the most part, anyway. I can’t imagine that he’ll actually get into any real trouble for this, let alone see any jail time. And that’s sad.

robbery by sudden snatching carries a max of 15 yrs in state prison here in Florida. Might wanna put that in the title, this is beyond measly jail…he could be looking at PRISON time.
whoops. made an error in my previous post. he would be facing a max of FIVE (5) yrs in state prison because he did not have a weapon or firearm.
