Back in April, Kelly told us all about So You Think You Can Dance’s choreographer Alex Da Silva and the numerous rape charges that were filed against him. His bail was set at 3.8 million, but he was eventually cleared of all charges. He really got a second chance at life, huh? Not so much.
Today, this predator who must be taken off the streets permanently, was arrested again.
The SYTYCD star was charged with eight felony counts of assault after being arrested Tuesday morning at his North Hollywood home, TMZ.com reports.
The charges include four counts of forcible rape, two counts of assault with intent to commit rape and two counts of sexual penetration by a foreign object.
The District Attorney claims the alleged assaults occurred between August 2002 and March 2009. The four alleged victims were between the ages of 20 and 26 and were all dancers who met Da Silva through his dance classes.
If there is any peace of mind, it’s knowing that bail has been set at $6.2M.
