Jennifer Lawrence with actress Lupita Nyong’o. I really want to know what they were talking about.
The SAG Awards is probably the most “meh” of all awards shows, am I right? Still, that’s no reason to ignore the fashion. Why? Because it’s fun. Here are some looks from the 20th Annual SAG Awards. Let’s go through and pick the looks for BEST, WORST, and WTF.
For more awards show fashion, check out the Golden Globes Awards post.
I don’t think Amanda Peet knows how to dress anymore. This is something I’d expect from Chloë Sevigny, and I don’t even know if she could pull this off. It’s just so…fug. I’m sorry, I know “fug” is played-out, but I cannot summon any other words to accurately describe this dour mess.
Damn. Kelly Osbourne doesn’t seem to have much luck when it comes to love. It seemed things were on the up and up when she announced last summer that she and rocker boyfriend Matthew Mosshart were engaged. Unfortunately, Kelly won’t be walking down the aisle with a man with longer hair than hers after all, as they’ve broken things off.
What happened? Well, who knows. All we do know is that it was “amicable” (yeah, okay) and that they still very much love each other and all of that. I’m not sure why couples that break up insist on trying to convince the world that they’re still great friends and care about one another. You broke up. It’s cool, guys.
Here’s what Kelly’s rep told US Weekly:
“Kelly Osbourne and Matthew Mosshart have decided to end their engagement,” says the rep in a statement.
“The split is amicable and the pair continue to have nothing but the utmost respect for one another. Kelly is looking forward to a new year full of fresh beginnings. No further comments will be provided by all parties and we request privacy, decorum and space from the press but don’t expect it.”
LOL, you request DECORUM from the press? HA. At least they admit that they don’t expect it, but it would be nice. Ah well, back to the drawing board. Hope Kelly’s okay – she’s had a rough few years!
Amanda Seyfried, absolutely KILLING IT in Seoul.
Time again for Best and Worst Celebrity Looks of the Week! Last week I thought Gaga looked pretty and Lindsay was trying too hard. Gavin Rossdale “won” my worst look.
Which looks do you guys think are the BEST, WORST, and WTF?
The American Music Awards happened and I don’t think anyone really cared that much, but here’s your outfit recap, just in case. Yeah, it’s a day late. Honestly, who really cares? We covered Katy Perry’s “is this offensive” Geisha performance, which was probably the most interesting thing of the whole night. So here’s the outfits, a touch late, but we can still have fun oooo-ing and aaaah-ing and WTF-ing. Which is what I’ll need your help with. I want you to pick the best, worst, and most WTF outfit of the night. Here we go!
It’s been a while since we’ve had a best and worst celebrity looks of the week, so here we go. This is from the last week of October. I chose Kelly Osbourne for best celebrity dressing up as another celebrity. That’s her above as Christina Hendricks. Pretty dead-on.
I promise not to overdo it on the Halloween costumes.
Kelly Osbourne is getting my props lately. After apologizing for being an insufferable twit to Gaga, Ms. Osbourne is getting more of my applause (HA PUN INTENDED) for her incredible Christina Hendricks costume (above). Here is what it’s based on:
It’s so fun to see celebrities dressed as other celebrities, isn’t it? Unless it’s Hugh Hefner as Robin Thicke…
HAPPY HALLOWEEN! What are your plans and costumes???

Truly shocking news: Kelly Osbourne apologized to Lady Gaga for behaving like a childish twit after Gaga tried to apologize to her with a birthday cake. She tweeted,
@ladygaga I acted like a child last night. Just not into publicity stunts call me & we will end this like adults I dont want 2 fight anymore
That’s pretty close to a real apology. “Just not into publicity stunts” is a little snippy, and a little “sorry that what you did upset me” instead of “sorry I acted stupid” BUT she DID say, “I acted like a child” so I’m going to give Kelly props. For someone who’s not into publicity stunts though, how does she explain her history of twitter tirades against Gaga and slamming her in the press?
No, no, still, I’m giving Kelly props. Good job. Way to act your real age of 29 instead of 9.
