This is what Lindsay wore to court today. Call me crazy, but I don’t think that latex is an appropriate material to wear in a courtroom. But this girl was 35 minutes late today, natch, so you know she was just rifling through her closet, trying to find something classy and appropriate. Maybe next time, Lindsay.

She has until March 23rd to decide if she wants to take the plea deal, which will mean six months in jail. If she decides to refuse the deal, then the date of the preliminary hearing is set for April 22nd. The fun thing is that if she chooses to go to trial, then the judge will use the preliminary hearing to decide if she violated her probation, and if she did (and she totally did), then guess who is going to await trial from prison?
