I didn’t cover the story last week of Bill Cosby doing an interview about all the rapes he’s committed and making ZERO sense (as well as not denying it, because, well, at this point, how could he?), but I AM reporting on the fact that Janice Dickinson is suing his creepy ass for defamation.
In case you forgot, late last year, Janice revealed that she’d been raped by Cosby back in the ’80s, a claim which Cosby’s team, of course, vehemently denied at the time. And while the statute of limitations won’t allow her to bring charges against him for the “alleged” (I say alleged because I have to, not because I don’t believe her or the dozens of other victims), she CAN bring charges against him for calling her a liar, and that’s what she’s going to do.

Janice Dickinson has just sued Bill Cosby, claiming he flat-out lied when his team claimed she made up the story that he drugged and raped her.
Dickinson has said Cosby drugged her in Lake Tahoe in 1982 and then when she was unconscious, penetrated her vaginally and anally. Janice took a pic of Cosby in a robe in the room where she claims the rape occurred.
The statute of limitations has long since run, but Dickinson says she has a fresh claim after Cosby’s team released a statement saying she had fabricated the story.
So now Dickinson is suing Cosby for defamation and emotional distress. In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, she’s asking for unspecified damages.
It’s a small consolation either way, but the fact that Cosby is still sitting pretty, getting away with countless assaults is just… absolutely disgusting to me, to say the least. Has he been proven guilty in a court of law? No, so obviously he’s not in jail. But that doesn’t mean he’s not guilty – people get away with crimes all the time, especially when they’re in positions of power. It’s not a new concept, people.
