Pattinson recently quipped last month that he’d “like to go on a date.” Because clearly, whatever he’s doing (or not doing) with co-star Kristen Stewart isn’t considered a “date.” Pattinson claims, too, that he doesn’t think that settling down equates marriage, which, I can agree with, but he then hurries ahead to kind of say that he wants to sleep with every woman person he possibly can:
“I don’t think settling down should be the same thing as getting married … I mean, I guess settling down just means not sleeping with everybody. I don’t like the idea of having to settle, though.”
And now his former school chums are adding fuel to the fire. A “friend” of the star claims that Pattinson is only 24, and has formerly dated models prior to doing whatever-the-fuck-he’s-not-doing with Kristen Stewart:
“Rob’s only 24,” a former school friend told Britain’s Look magazine. “He’s a British public schoolboy who has dated models in the past. He could feel that by settling down with Kristen, he’d be missing on the opportunity to date other famous women.”
And if, you know, dating other “famous women” includes lowly celebrity gossip bloggers, you can include my name in the pool, too, unnamed friend. Just saying.
This is all a bunch of BS!!!! He is obviously in love with Kristen and he is not ready to sleep with everyone like you all think he is. you guys really need to find a new celebrity or whatever to write about. This crap about Rob and Kristen is getting old. He admits he is shy himself and he has not dated that much period. Especially tons of models like you say! Yeah right! He doesn’t party a lot or hang out in bars like the stud you all are making him out to be. He likes to be private (just like Kristen), they dress alike, they share the same interests, etc. So maybe some truth is what you need to write about. Hey that’s a new idea to you isn’t it. They don’t want the public to know about their relationship and def no photos to prove it because look at what you guys write about him all the time. If you knew they were for sure going out, then you would have a new thing everyday to comment on. Why do we care about these two? I mean, really, they’re pop culture phenoms that have about outlived their shelf lives. Neither can act worth a damn and as soon as something replaces Twilight, we won’t concern ourselves with them.
Oh, and they’re not Bella and Edward so people need to get over this fantasy/reality crossover. Once they’re done filming these films, they’ll break up and fuck new costars. This is not a lasting enduring romance any more than any other Hollywood set hookup.
