I’m a bit confused as to what exactly caused him to lose it. However, if it was due to reading about the behavior of the defendant that he’s talking about in this clip, I know where he’s coming from. The murders of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom were particularly brutal and heinous, and all of those charged and found guilty should be swiftly put away or put out their misery. He’s probably been covering this trial from the beginning and has become emotionally overwhelmed by it.
You may be right, but I got the impression that he was angry with getting tongue tied. And maybe his notes weren’t adequate?
