Jennifer Aniston Is Too Delicate For Big Macs

Spike TV's Guys Choice 2013 jennifer aniston

Jennifer Aniston gave me serious Gwyneth feelings when she told NY Mag’s The Cut (via Daily Mail) how awful it felt to eat a Big Mac. Okay, look, I don’t feel like wearing a bikini and running in a field after I eat a Big Mac, but I don’t all get smarmy and high and mighty over it either. You eat it, it’s delicious, you hate yourself, you get over it, you do it again. This is the ritual, Aniston.

I’ll never forget when Justin and I were on a road trip and we were so hungry. [False, this so never happened, come on. You went on a road trip? When the hell did you have time to go on a road trip? I'm sorry, I'll let her continue.] The only thing around was McDonald’s. I think I ordered a Big Mac. Wow, my body did not react well to that! It was like putting gasoline in a purified system. I am always trying to eat organic and natural foods, so that just made my stomach turn and made me feel terrible. And I think what you put in your body, as well as stress, is reflected in the quality of your skin.

DON’T GO FULL GWYNETH, JENNIFER. YOU NEVER GO FULL GWYNETH.

I really want a f-cking Big Mac now, goddamn you Aniston.

  • It Does come off as pretty Goopy but it is true that when your body isn’t used to highly processed foods, unhealthy saturated fats, and high sugar and sodium intake, such as fast food, you Do feel sicker than most people would. It’s like eating meat for the first time if you’ve been vegetarian for 5 years. However, the average American is just used to this kind of diet now, because it’s inexpensive, fast and convenient. It’s incredibly easy to become addicted to lots of fat, salt and sugar. When you’re a celebrity(and your job is looking good) you have tons of resourced and money to throw at organic, top-grade everything. Obviously her statement seems ridiculous to the average person though.

  • I’m not as ‘purified’ as ms. aniston but mcdonalds does the same thing to my digestion, to point that I will only eat french fries and coke from mcdonalds nothing else. In other words ms. aniston, mcdonalds/big mac is just bad, nothing to do with ‘putting gasoline in a purified system’.

  • She’s probably overanalyzing, like most self-important people.

If you’re eating healthy, though, having McDonald’s can throw your body out of whack for a short period of time. People seem to forget that McDonalds should be an occasional treat, not a frequent option each week.

  • I don’t think there is anything wrong with what she said, in fact I wish she would speak out more on issues like this. It’s sad how many people eat McDonald’s, and other nutrient deficient, cancer-breeding foods. People feed that crap to their kids, then wonder why their kids are always sick and have behavior problems. And I think it’s kind of rude to assume that everyone who eat’s organic is rich and thinks they’re better than everyone else. I eat mostly organic foods, and I’m a vegetarian, I haven’t been to a McDonalds or any major fast food chain since I was a child. When I was a child I was overweight and I had a goiter due to a thyroid condition. Once I grew up and changed my diet, started taking control of my body and saying NO to bad foods, I lost weight, feel healthier, and my skin, hair, and nails are always glowing. And no, I’m not rich. I don’t think I’m better than everyone else, but at the same time it does make me sad that so many people don’t care about their health.

    • The thing that is wrong with what she said is it’s most likely a lie. .. She’s trashing Mc Donalds food (Big Macs) and she says … The only thing around was Mc Donald’s I think I ordered a big Mac. she “thinks she ordered a Big Mac” she is telling a story about how discusting big macs are and she doesn’t seem sure if she even ordered one. I call BULL SHIT Jennifer.

    • I suppose smoking cigarettes for years is so much healthier than a Big Mac.

She can preach all she wants but no one held a gun to her head to order a Big Mac. They have salads on the menu.

This is just someone else’s attempt to act superior and shame others for enjoying fast food on occasion.

I am tired of people preaching about food. Do your own thing and let others do theirs. I certainly don’t rant about her smoking and tanning. She needs to pipe down on her personal opinions. No one cares what she eats or does, period.
