Lady Gaga was everywhere for a while, then not as much, then she injured herself and had to cancel her tour, then she rode around in a series of annoyingly extravagant wheelchairs, and now apparently her career is dead. Oh No They Didn’t posted an interesting article from Paws Down Little Monsters:
2013 is turning out worse than 2012 for Lady Gaga. At least the singer had something going on last year – a flopped tour that got cancelled due topoor ticket sales a hip injury.
But this year, the girl has tried her best to be on the headlines, but she failed miserably in all her attempts.
Case in point: remember when Lady Gaga debuted as a “musical director” (LOL) for Thierry Mugler in 2011? The media coverage for that was huge because, at that time, people still cared about her and were interested in the new songs off of the then-unreleased Born This Way album (she playedGovernment Hooker and Scheisse in that event).
A few weeks ago, however, Lady Gaga tried to pull it off again, as a musical director for Versace Versus Fashion Show 2013. Just like in 2011, Lady Gaga included snippets of songs off of her new album (which has been delayed several times). The media coverage this time? Next to none! No one cared. Lady Gaga is old news.
Not to mention that Gaga’s name is only mentioned in the press because of other people: feud with Kelly Osbourne, a special appearance at a Beyonce concert in Brooklyn, being unfollowed by Cher on Twitter…
That last one is OUCH.
Gaga can be annoying, but I don’t think she’s terrible and I would prefer if this wasn’t the end of her career. And she is TOTALLY IN THE NEWS aside from the aforementioned headlines. For example, someone is auctioning off one of her fingernails. According to the Boston Herald, “the current bid price on the black acrylic finger nail featuring a gold bead pattern is 1,000 pounds or more than $1,500.” HUGE CAREER BOOST RIGHT THERE.

Lady gaga is a dickhead. In every interview she just dribbles. “The love and the faith and all my fans and togetherness and working together more faith and little monsters and omgsh simply amazing” none of it even means anything and 12 year old girls eat that shit up thinking it sounds really deep and posting it on their tumblrs or whatever. She has no substance. That’s why she wears ridiculous outfits says nonsensical hippie things while talking about what drugs she’s done to distract from her lack of personality. I hope this is the end of her and she fades away and gets even fatter with whoever the fuck it is she’s dating.
I sure hope she’s over, I’ve been sick of her since forever and all I want is her to go away. She’s made enough money to retire somewhere far far away, but it’s not gonna happen because she loves attention just so damn much. My only hope is that maybe she’s not gonna stay in the headlines because everyone is kind of used to her shenanigans by now, so fingers crossed nobody will care when her team doesn’t come up with the next shocking and disgusting bullshit.
Good luck with gaga disappearing this year in 2013! Her new album ARTPOP will be her biggest album since the fame.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – she should have taken a loooooong break between albums. By working herself half to death and not giving the public any breaks in the news leads to them losing interest. Quite a simple formula.
