If there was one celeb whose face I’d think was completely untouched, it’s the absolutely gorgeous Scarlett Johansson. Why? I guess I just want to believe that she’s naturally as beautiful as she looks on every red carpet or even when she’s jogging in an unflattering tank top.
But nope. The girl’s had at least one nose job, as you can see from the photo comparison above. If you go through the gallery below, you may be able to spot some more differences. I’m thinking she’s had she schnoz worked on a couple times. It seems to be getting a little thinner and pointer every year. By the time she’s done, she’ll have a Paltrow nose or something.
I’m pretty sure those boobs are the real deal, but can y’all spot any other work that ScarJo may have had done?
I’m gonna say there’s some cheek work there as well. She has more pronounced “cheek-apples” now than she did when she was a kid, and that usually tones down as you lose some of your baby fat. Now, whether she’s had implants or had her face scooped out a little, I don’t know.
I think her cheeks are the work of far better makeup application. I’d say she’s had her nose tweaked twice. Either way, she looks fab.
The cheeks confuse me, too. Sometimes they look overtly done and other times I’m not so sure.
I like her old nose better. I think it fit her face and worked with her larger lips.

Scarlett Johansson is so beautiful and has such a lovely face and smile. I particularly love the large picture of her at the top of this page.
Definetly at least one. I’m guessing she had a nose job because your nose is the only body part that continues to grow after everything else has stopped growing. But her nose looks smaller than it was when she was a teen! She doesn’t even stand out and is quite forgettable in “Ghost World.” (Pre nose job, mousy hair) She’s not that good looking with mousy brown hair. It was a good nose job though.
