Luke Perry reportedly in hospital after stroke

Former teen heartthrob Luke Perry suffered a massive stroke on Wednesday and had to be hospitalized.

The fire department received a 911 call to the former “Beverly Hills, 90210” star’s home in Sherman Oaks, California, around 9:40 a.m., according to TMZ.

The incident came the same day that Fox announced it would revive the ‘90s teen drama, though Perry had not signed on to reprise his character, Dylan McKay.

The 52-year-old has said he can’t stand talking about the show because it’s “not relevant to anything I am doing anymore.”

He currently plays Archie Andrews’ dad on the CW’s “Riverdale,” which was shooting recently in LA.

Lisa Sheridan, Invasion and Halt and Catch Fire Actress, Dies at 44

CSI and Invasion actress Lisa Sheridan has been found dead aged just 44 in her New Orleans home.

The star's death Monday morning was confirmed by her manager Mitch Clem, People reports.

He said: 'We all loved Lisa very much and are devastated by the loss we all feel. 'She passed away Monday morning, at home, in her apartment in New Orleans. We are waiting for a coroners report on cause of death.'

Lisa, who was previously engaged to Sex and the City actor Ron Livingston, starred in Halt and Catch Fire and Scandal.  She also made appearances in CSI: Miami, Journeyman, Perception and The Mentalist.

Paying tribute to Sheridan filmmaker Michael Dunaway said his 'soulmate' had experienced 'dark moments over the last few years'.

He said he took comfort knowing her 'struggles, pain and grief' are behind her.

Dunaway wrote on Instagram: 'She called me Big Brother, and for all intents and purposes I was. I met Lisa when she was fourteen years old, over thirty years ago. We were immediately attached at the hip, true soulmates from minute one.

'For the rest of the days of her life, she was a central part of mine. She was beautiful, obviously, and an immensely talented actor, and a wonderful friend, but more than anything she really did radiate this impossibly bright energy and life.

'Even in her dark moments. And she had plenty of those, especially over the last few years. I'm trying to take comfort in knowing your struggles and pain and grief are at last, and last behind you.'

Lady Gaga shoots down rumors she’s shagging Bradley Cooper

Lady Gaga finally addressed rumors that she and Bradley Cooper had developed an off-stage romance while working on A Star is Born.

The superstar scoffed at the suggestion during a Wednesday appearance on Jimmy Kimmel, proclaiming social media as being the 'toilet of the internet' that has been 'abysmal' to pop culture.

'That is what we wanted you to see,' she declared when asked about the pair's intense chemistry, adding that Cooper adamantly directed all the musical numbers. 'This is a long song. It is a love story and we worked so hard.' She later added: 'I knew he had the vision for how it should go.'

Jennifer Esposito addresses comment after ex Bradley Cooper’s Oscars performance

Jennifer Esposito addressed critics Tuesday following reactions she had received to her Instagram comment, in which she replied to comedian David Spade‘s post featuring her ex-husband, Bradley Cooper, who performed a duet at Sunday’s Oscars with his “A Star Is Born” co-star, Lady Gaga.

Taking to Instagram, the 45-year-old actress posted a video to her feed, captioning the clip, “HA — Front page news!!”

“So many people have been commenting about something that I said, which was like this, ‘Ha!’ That was it. And the way it has spread, and it was towards David Spade’s very outward statement and something about an ex, and I literally laughed at him because he was so bold in what he was saying,” Esposito said. “I thought it was funny and I’m allowed to think something is funny.”

Spade had posted a screengrab of Cooper, 44, and Gaga, 32, performing “Shallow” on social media, captioning the image, “Is there any chance these 2 aren’t f–king,” to which Esposito replied, “Ha.”

“When you come and attack a person for saying, ‘Ha,’ we have so many things going on in our country and in our world that need attention, and I wished that you’d spend even a minute of this insanity of nonsense on things that are really important,” she continued.

Esposito, who split from Cooper in 2007, also stated that she didn’t tune in to Sunday’s Academy Awards.

“I didn’t watch the Oscars, I don’t know what went on, I don’t care what went on, I commented on something that I thought was funny, and someone being bold enough to say what he said,” Esposito explained.

Esposito previously referenced her Instagram comment Tuesday on Twitter.

“So confused. I get off a flight to see a comment I made of ‘HA’ to a joke from @DavidSpade has gone wild!?. Has everyone gone mad? Somehow I’m insulting an X by laughing at a joke someone else made? Pls take your insanity elsewhere,” she wrote.

Ariana Grande is now the most followed woman on Instagram

Move over, Selena Gomez: Pop star Ariana Grandeis now the most-followed woman on the photo-sharing platform Instagram.

The “7 Rings” singer dethroned Gomez, 26, on Monday, Billboard reported. As of Tuesday morning, Grande, 25, had 148,391,669 followers compared to Gomez’s 146,303,811.

Grande’s new title comes after she’s apparently gained more than 13 million new followers in the last four months, according to Billboard.

Previously, Gomez replaced Taylor Swift as the most popular Instagram user with more than 103 million followers back in December 2016.

While Grande is known for her presence on Instagram, using it to connect with her fans, Gomez recently took a break from the social media platform from roughly September to January.

On Sept. 23, Gomez posted a selfie on Instagram, announcing to fans that she planned to take another “social media break.”

“Again. As much as I am grateful for the voice that social media gives each of us, I am equally grateful to be able to step back and live my life present to the moment I have been given,” she captioned the post. “Kindness and encouragement only for a bit! Just remember – negative comments can hurt anybody’s feelings. Obvi,” she wrote at the time.

The following month, a source told Fox News that Gomez was reportedly seeking treatment at an East Coast facility to tackle “emotional issues head-on.”

While both Grande and Gomez have an impressive amount of followers, neither compare to soccer star Cristiano Ronaldo, 34, who became the most-followed celebrity Instagram user in October with 144,580,697 followers at the time. Currently, he has 155,966,285.

Lee Radziwill laid to rest in Manhattan

Lee Radziwill, the iconic New York socialite and younger sister of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis who died earlier this month at the age of 85, was laid to rest in New York on Monday surrounded by famous friends and family members.

Top names in fashion, including designers Carolina Herrera, Marc Jacobs and Tory Burch, as well as famed editor André Leon Talley, were among the mourners who gathered at the Church of St. Thomas More on the Upper East Side. Director Sofia Coppola, Radziwill’s daughter-in-law Carole Radzwill — a “Real Housewives of New York City” star who was married to Lee’s late son Anthony Radziwill — and niece Caroline Kennedy also attended the service.

A friend of Radziwill’s previously told Page Six that the proceedings were expected to be subdued: “It’s a funeral service, not a memorial. They won’t be doing anything else as she was so private and elegant.” Photographers captured large baskets of flowers being delivered to the church.

Her death “came as a shock,” as a friend previously described it to Page Six. “[Radziwill] was so strong and resilient for so long. We all just hoped she would be with us forever,” the friend said. “She had some health setbacks recently, including hip issues, that slowed her down slightly, but she was still as sharp as a tack.”

R Kelly Pleads not guilty to all counts of aggravated sexual abuse

R. Kelly has pleaded not guilty on all 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse against him. His attorney Steve Greenberg entered the plea for the R&B singer in a Chicago courtroom.

After spending the weekend in jail, R. Kelly is back in court Monday for the second time in two days. Kelly, one of the most successful R&B acts of all time, was indicted on 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse against four victims, prosecutors said.

Three of the accusers would have been underage at the time of the alleged crimes.

Wearing an orange jail jumpsuit and flanked by two sheriff's deputies, Kelly entered a Chicago courtroom Monday morning to learn which judge will preside at trial.

On Saturday, Kelly's bond was set at $1 million. To leave police custody, he'd have to pay 10% of the total, or $100,000.

But Kelly couldn't come up with the cash. The 52-year-old has a spate of financial problems -- including unpaid rent and unpaid child support."

This is someone who should be wealthy at this stage of his career," Kelly's attorney Steve Greenberg said. He said "mismanagement," "hangers-on" and "bad deals" are some of the reasons Kelly "really doesn't have any money at this point."So for now, Kelly will keep going back and forth between Cook County Jail and the courthouse.

Trump slams Spike Lee for ‘racist hit’ during Oscars speech

President Trump slammed Oscar-winner Spike Lee for making a “racist hit” on him during his acceptance speech for an Academy Award Sunday night.

“Be nice if Spike Lee could read his notes, or better yet not have to use notes at all, when doing his racist hit on your President, who has done more for African Americans (Criminal Justice Reform, Lowest Unemployment numbers in History, Tax Cuts, etc.) than almost any other Pres!,” Trump tweeted on Monday morning.

Lee was accepting an Oscar for best-adapted screenplay for his movie “BlackKklansman” when he referred to the upcoming 2020 presidential election.

“Before the world tonight, I give praise to my ancestors who built our country, along with the genocide of our native people,” the “She’s Got to Have It” director said. “When we regain our humanity it will be a powerful moment. The 2020 election is around the corner – let’s all mobilize and be on the right side of history. Make the moral choice between love versus hate.”

“Let’s do the right thing! You know I had to get that in there,” he added.

Lee accepted the award with co-writers David Rabinowitz, Charlie Wachtel and Kevin Willmott.

The movie based in the 1970s follows a black police officer in Colorado who dupes the Ku Klux Klan into thinking he’s a white man.

It closes with images taken from real footage of the “Unite the White” rally in Charlottesville, Va., in August 2017 that led to the death of Heather Heyer.

She was killed when a Nazi sympathizer drove his car into a crowd of counter-protesters.

Trump was highly criticized for his remarks about the white supremacists rally, especially the comment “you had people that were very fine people, on both sides.”

Oscars Red Carpet Review

As always, we're all adults here. These are my honest opinions and reactions to each persons look, not who they are inside. If you're sensitive, move on.

Lady Gaga starts our review. People are comparing this look to Audrey Hepburn and it's hard not to agree. It's classic and gorgeous and made her look every bit the star she is.

Brie Larson. Ok. I mean I don't really like the dress, though I bet it feels really wild on your body. But the lack of make up, the lifeless hair and then a dress like that... it's all over the place. I don't care for it.

Allison Janney looks fab. She looks dignified and elegant. What else can I say.

Bradley Cooper, his mama, Gloria Campano and baby mama,
Irina Shayk. You can just tell by looking at her that Mama Gloria is a real pill. Irina is wearing Burberry and she looks great. Bradley... call me.

I don't know Sza, but she has my respect. Zsa is wearing Vivienne Westwood and if you think her hair is crazy, back up. That's how you wear VW. You go all in. You should look like it's 1890 and you're fleeing Jack the Ripper.

Linda Cardellini in Schiaparelli. Ok so first off, you go Linda Cardellini. I didn't even know you were still a thing. Second, haters are going to come at you over this dress, but I get you. I love this thing. You look like Anna Nicole Smith's canopy bed.

Tina Fey ... if there are infinite universes, Tina Fey is me in the one where I go off and am successful. She's my soulmate. But she's a boring dresser. Whatevs. Move on.

Amy Adams in Versace. This is a shame. This dress is a piece of art, but it's not camera friendly. You miss 90% of it. I'm indifferent about the rest.

Kiki Layne also in Versace. I love this. She looks tall and proud. The bow is a wonderful accent and she knew to let it take focus and didn't bother with jewelry. Love.

Jennifer Lopez in Tom Ford. I mean, whatever. I love Tom Ford, he's a genius. But this just looks like a flattened disco ball and it's not so much "Oscar red carpet" as it is "Vegas residency".

Charlize Theron in Dior.... I had no idea that was Charlize. She looks like the mean old House Master at some snooty boarding school. The dress is for someone 30 years older than her and not at all flattering.

Lucy Boynton is wearing a special made Rodarte and she is haunting. I really can't decide how I'm reacting to it. On one hand I really love the color, the sweetness of the drop shoulder and puffy sleeves. Or am I turned off by the fact she looks like she should be in a crystal box, forever lying in repose. I think I do like it.

Emma Stone looks delightfully stoned in what I can only assume is a dress obtained through a miscommunication. It almost looks... is it furry? It's Louis Vuitton, for what that's worth. I don't care for it.

Sarah Paulson ... whatever. This is ridiculous, but she's such a unique individual. I just assume she'll be in something ... different.

Lisa Bonet is a childhood fav of mine. The dress is very Lisa. Husband Jason Momoa is matching, which is so cute.

Regina King is on my personal fame squad. So like Tina I'll just say she isn't the person you look to for "wow" dresses. But she looks gorgeous. Look at them eyes.

Glenn Close in Carolina Herrera. What a perfect pairing. Carolina Herrera exudes class and distinction in her designs, so it was only fitting she dress a legend in gold.

Helen Mirren is ALWAYS the epitome of grace and loveliness and last night was no exception. Here in a pink Schiaparelli tulle number. Just perfection.

Mellisa McCarthy looked amazing in a Brandon Maxwell pant suit. I LOVE a nice pant suit on the carpet. Super dramatic with the long cape. I could do with some pop of color earrings or something, but she looks fab.

Gemma Chan is getting some crap for this Valentino number and I get it. It's a bit parachutey. But I am digging it. Hot pink was a popular color this year and this is a statement piece. Respect.

Laura Harrier is wearing the best accessory there is. A huge smile. She looks so happy to be there. And her mad cut muscular arms are pow! out of that bejeweled Louis Vuitton and those Harry Winstons around her neck.

Angela Bassett in Reem Acra. Reem is one of my favorite designers and Angela one of my favorite actresses. So that's hot. Angela can do no wrong and I love this over the shoulder look. Smoldering, girl.

Gabrielle Union ... ok this wasn't at the show, but rather an after party, but how could I not include this perfect look. The hair is so cute. The color of that dress on her skin... she looks UH-mazing.

Michelle Yeoh was living her Crazy Rich Asians best with Elie Saab couture. I wish this showed better in photos. It's crystals are iridescent and practical light up. She looks amazing.

In conclusion, I think I'm going to have to give my top prize to Lady Gaga in the perfect Alexander McQueen dress. She just looks like one of those old french poster ads for champagne. She needs one of those long cigarette holders. For show, of course.
