Last week one lucky winner got to spend the night at the Home Alone house with their host, Devin Ratray, aka Buzz McCallaster. The nemesis brother to Kevin. Now he’s been arrested on serious charges.
Ratray, 44, is charged with one count of domestic assault and battery by strangulation and another count of domestic assault and battery, according to online court records.
The victim was reportedly Ratray’s girlfriend. She said the two got into an argument at a bar and she left to return to their hotel room.
Ratray followed her back and thats where the assault took place. “[The] victim had trouble breathing while she was being strangled and while the defendant’s hand was over her mouth,” a probable cause affidavit states.
Ratray recently reprised his role as Buzz in the movie Home Sweet Home Alone on Disney+. After this I imagine he wont be asked to do anymore in the future.
