Kanye West sometimes seems to have a lot of misdirected rage. Sure, his anger over the US government and how black people are treated in America are totally founded and make a lot of sense, but then sometimes he seems to get pissed off over random shit, like Beck winning a Grammy (just to name one thing). How does he keep it all together? Well, apparently he has a “rage room” at home to let out his primal screams.
According to the Daily Star, Kanye’s room has a punchbag to hit and he also “beats the crap out of” his least favourite CDs with a baseball bat.
The Star’s “insider” claimed: “The other day he got given CDs by people like Kenny G, Nickelback and Maroon 5 to vent his rage on.”
And it is apparently working wonders for the grumpy rapper who has even tried Yoga to turn his front upside down.
The insider added: “He much prefers his rage room as a way to deal with the pent-up stress. He finds it very cathartic to smash things up.”
This is hilarious and likely complete and utter bullshit, but I love the thought of Kanye beating the shit out of a Nickelback CD with a baseball bat. Where do people come up with this shit?
Well, it’s better than a human punching bag. I have it on very good authority that some of them do single a person out as their very own human punching bags. Nice, right? I mean, who wouldn’t want to be that?
