Ah, this is a bit of refreshing news! It seems that Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kim Richards went and got herself arrested on Thursday after a druken confrontation with a police officer, which we all know is a big no-no. Here’s US Weekly‘s synopsis of how it all went down:
According to Beverly Hills Police Department spokesman Lt. Lincoln Hoshino, Richards, 50, appeared to have “had too much to drink and was disturbing some of the other patrons” in the hotel’s restaurant. The troubled reality star was asked to leave by hotel security but refused. Upon finally agreeing to leave, Richards entered the hotel’s bathroom where she then refused to come out of the restroom.
“Hotel security requested to make a Private Persons Arrest and BHPD officers entered the restroom and took her into custody,” Hoshino tells Us. “She was passively resisting and she was taken into custody on Private Person Arrest.” While being booked at the Beverly Hills Police station, Richards kicked an officer.
Ha! Obviously her money will get her off, but it’s a shame to see her relapse from last season has continued and she’s such a mess.
She’s due back in court on May 10th and faces charges of public intoxication, trespassing, resisting arrest, and battery on a police officer. Quite a rap sheet.
I’m sure the blame will fall on the “reunion” debacle when it was apparent all season that she had obviously relapsed.
