Selena Gomez is about to turn 21, and in addition to having a nice little party with her family and friends, she also plans on embarking on a true journey of ~self-discovery~ and enlightenment as she becomes an adult. As long as she doesn’t start twerking with Miley and stays the hell away from Baby Elvis, I think we might be in business.

“I am going to have a party,” she tells ET Canada. “My family from Texas, my friends, my cousins are flying in. I will have some of my best friends in LA come celebrate.” And we’re guessing her bestie Taylor Swift will be on the guest list!
But while turning 21 is a big milestone, the “Come and Get It” singer says she doesn’t feel like she’s all grown up. “I feel like sometimes I am 15 in my heart,” she admits. “Sometimes I just go in waves of being a child and being an adult. It’s awkward, I am growing up. I am just trying to figure out who I am.”
Ain’t that the way? I don’t mind Selena Gomez, and I also really like ‘Come and Get It’, and not in an ironic way, hipsters. It’s a pretty great pop song.
