While Los Angeles was going gay balls to the walls yesterday, Jennifer and Marc Lopez lead the Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City. While my Puerto Rican friends cringed at this news because well, none of them feel like J.Lo does a particularly great job of representing everything that a successful Puerto Rican woman can be, I was just caught up in how tiny and skeletal Marc Anthony looks. I feel like his body would snap in half if J.Lo even touched him.
Either way, I gotta get to this parade before I die. I’ve heard the after parties are too, too wild.

I think the black thing is part of the dress, if you look closely there s a fleshy coloured thing on her back, above the white dress.
Also, I mean, hate on J.Lo by all means, but to say that she's not a role model for successful puerto rican women? I mean, jeeze, I know it's not realistic to think every woman could be like her, but the woman did create her own brand, empire, had multi-platinum albums and hit box-office movies, even having had both at the same time. What more could you ask for? The woman's succeeded in her field, at least give her that.
That's all any of us could ask for ourselves.
