#4709362 Britney Spears displayed some odd behavior as she went on a solo, save for her bodyguards of course, shopping trip at Sunset Plaza in West Hollywood, CA on March 18, 2010. The singer arrived at the boutique in a tight fitting pink dress, but soon emerged from the shop wearing a very strange outfit that consisted of a tank top and what appeared to be bloomers. Not only was Ms. Spears outfit a mess, but her hair incredibly unkempt. One might go so far as to say she resembled the Britney we all came to know before her conservatorship.
