The Autumn of Anger Continues

I have to tell you, I’m not getting the warm fuzzies about Bruce Willis’ new marriage to Emma Heming.  Sure, they were willing to do a bit of S & M for a price, but I was flipping through recent pics of the couple (because I want to tell you about how horrible Bruce treated a fan at Fashion Week) and the body language is not good between these two.  Sometimes, couples just strike an unfortunate pose.  Almost every single picture of them at fashion week consists of Bruce with is arms and/or legs firmly crossed, or hands in pockets pulling away and his wife hanging onto him for dear life.

Now, about Bruce’s temper:  The other day, the actor was having some cocktails — I’m sure they were Seagram’s wine coolers — with his wife in the VIP Lounge prior to attending the Erin Wasson show.  Female fans were taking pictures of him with their camera phones and he seemed okay with that, smiling for the photos.  Then one woman made the epic error of poking him in the shoulder to get his attention.  Oopsie!  Blow Hard got angry, leaned in close and stuck a finger in the woman’s face and said, “Don’t you ever touch me, understand?”

I’m sure it’s a scary time to be a celebrity and he obviously doesn’t want to be touched by the masses. There are so many whack jobs out there; he didn’t know that it wasn’t Mischa Barton trying to suck out his essence.  Anything is possible.

After he left the fan speechless, he stormed off and tried to hide his drink up his sleeve to avoid the paps getting a picture.  And his wife?  She continued to cling to his arm.

  • Yeah, I agree with the body language between these two. I have several Blind Items posted about Bruce’s “questionable” sexuality. Maybe wifey got wind of this awhile ago. Who woulda guessed?

Oh, and the treatment of the fan? Shameful. She didn’t have a weapon poking him on the arm, for God’s sake. Who the fuck does he think he IS? Give me Seth Green ANY day with his graciousness toward fans.

Bruce is totally pissing me off.

  • Who the fuck wants randoms touching them? Touching is crossing the line. Who pokes someone to get a picture like an animal in a zoo that you throw shit at like a 8 yr old so it turns around. Im a flight attendant and I can tell you that we hate ppl who touch us and I am not nice about it. “Please dont touch me, that is what the call button is for. ” I never go on the asian flights, ppl love touching you and I cant express in their language “Dont touch me”

    • I’m with Dark Empress, minus the flight attendant experience. There is no valid reason why some random person who simply wants a photo/fan attention from a celebrity should be able to touch the celebrity to get his/her attention.
Bruce Willis is not a lab rat. And animals at zoos get better treatment. The lady could have called out his name or positioned herself better physically to get the shot that she wanted, but it was still up to Bruce’s prerogative and/or happenstance whether she ultimately was able to get a successful shot.
Would it be okay for anyone who wants a good picture of Bruce Willis (or any other celebrity) to poke him? This is a poor example of Bruce’s “temper”.

    • LOL @ comparing being a celebrity to being a flight attendant. I love it!

You’re in the service industry, and sometimes you’re going to encounter a touch from a person. If you’re not able to deal with that kind of thing, re-thinking your “career” might be a good idea.

I love the whole “I am not nice about it”. Suck it up you flying waitress.

      • It is always surprising that people dont have basic manners. I dont find it hard to say excuse me instead of reverting to neanderthal actions. I would never poke a waitress in the side. I actually appreciate people in the service industry. . We’re not f.a.s to kiss your ass but to save your ass. flying waitress, that’s what my mother said. None of our training is in service btw it is 100% safety. We fight live fires, learn first aid, self defense, dealing with terrorist threaths, land and water evacuation simulations, survival skills for post evacuation. We speak at least 2 languages. It is not that hard to figure out how to serve ppl drinks and a meal. I dont think the company would bother paying us a good salary if we only had to be qualified to serve you and apply our make-up. But if there is ever an emergency situation on the plane ignore the flying waitress Im sure you much smarter and would be able to handle everything on your own.

      • I agree with all of these posts. While I don’t work in a field where my attention is required endlessly, I used to. It didn’t bother me too much but I can see where some people simply don’t want to be touched, especially if it happens constantly. Sorry, but I’m with Bruce. He has the right to be hands free, it is his body after all.

  • I think he’s having a mid-life crisis and that’s why he married her. He is getting older, and his ex-wife has been married for several years now. He’s afraid of being lonely!

  • I’ve seen people do some really appalling things to movie actors, as though they aren’t human – it’s bizarre but you never touch someone, or impeded them moving along, it’s so inappropriate. Once they aren’t working they want nothing more than to run their errands and get home just like everyone else.

I’m surprised all Bruce did was scream in her face, it could have been much worse.

Interesting observation about the new wife, a little buyers remorse perhaps?
