O.J. Denied Retrial

The Juice is going to the slammer … probably for the rest of his life.

A Nevada judge denied O.J. Simpson’s bid for a new trial on Friday, saying his lawyers’ arguments weren’t strong enough for a new hearing.

Clark County District Judge Jackie Glass also denied requests to release him on bail before his December 5 sentencing.

Rot in prison, jackass.

  • (Note to self: That joke might not go over well, being that it’s typed, and no one here knows a thing about me. Woops.)

    Anyway, RACISTS!

  • Glad to see an explanation, GetYourAdverbsHere, because I read the first comment, rolled my eyes, rolled up my sleeves to comment back blasting you into next week, and then your second comment took all the wind out of my sails. LOL

So yeah, it must be racial. It can’t be all about him being a murdering, theiving bastard who should learn to enjoy being on the receiving end of all that anal. (I said receiving END, harhar.)

  • Y’know, the people that rejoiced when this asswipe was “aquitted” the 1st time are the same people that just elected Obama. Thanks, assholes.

  • First Obama and now OJ is going away forever. Life feels good again despite the economy.
You’d think that a guy who was so obviously guilty of murder then won the judicial lottery, would have kept his nose squeaky clean for the rest of his life. Nope. Just another moron criminal whose ego and lack of common sense fucked him up again. Psycho is gonna have fun in federal prison. Good luck douche.

  • I hope she does fuck herself… at least occasionally. It gets rid of frustration. You should try it.

As for him, he’s not going to have time to fuck himself, everyone else will be doing it for him. I hope he likes it.

  • Our legal system is set up so that, if there’s even a shred of doubt that someone did something bad, he is pronounced innocent. And we are supposed to regarded as innocent unless we ourselves are ever proven guilty. We do this because we have agreed that we find the idea of an innocent man being jailed abhorrent, and that we would rather X number of guilty men go free than imprison one innocent person. Our justice system isn’t perfect, but we have made these safeguards so that no one will ever make a movie like Brokedown Palace about the US.

But when OJ was acquitted in 1994, his life was pretty much over anyway. No one has ever stopped looking to nail this guy. I actually think that’s sad.

  • JusticeDelayed you are a moron. Many, many white people supported and voted for Obama. He is a breath of fresh air after the retard presently in office.

Go back to your Klan meeting your redneck.

  • Jennatar has it all wrong, IMO. OJ is a Greek tragedy, regardless of the Goldmans or anything or anyone else. The only one looking at OJ is OJ, and for good reason.

What happened is that he has been so tortured by his murdering his wife and Ron Goldman that he has repeatedly put himself in harm’s way, repeatedly getting himself into trouble so that he will eventually be punished for what he did long ago.

It’s really sad, but he and we all would have been so much better off if he had been convicted for the murders that he committed. He would have been more at peace, rather than having walked free as he puts in the tortured eternity of the rest of his days.

The only downside is that we will lose our most valuable and tireless searcher for the “real killers.” Oh, yeah…vomit time.

But apart from that, from his days at USC, he, like so many other football and other sports idols (Plaxico Burress, anyone?), was schooled in the philosophy of “I’m a star, and can do whatever I want, when I want, and to whom I want,” without any fear of having to pay the freight.

And his being found innocent by those tota morons in LA only served to reinforce his delusion of invincibility. After murder, a strong-armed armed robbery, well, it’s just child’s play!

But, at long last, society has said, “We’re mad as hell, and we’re not going to take it any more.” There are, after all, limits.

And to those out there who somehow cling to the race excuse, as if somehow blacks can’t be guilty of anything because their skin color gives them a free pass, that is unfortunate beyond words.

We are all responsible for our actions, and criminal behavior cannot ever be excused by skin color. I am reminded of Damian “Football” Williams bashing the head of a truck driver in with a brick during the Rodney King riots, and using the excuse of “black rage.” Nope…doesn’t work…you have to use your words, as in kindergarten, and not bricks. Fortunately Williams was murdered, I think.

    Anyway, that’s it for now.
