This kind of makes up for the fact that the Emmy dresses were such snoozers. Kind of.
The star of the night, IMHO, is underage love of my life and aspiring haute couture model Taylor Momsen, who looked unbelievably stunning in a phenomenal dress. Who made that? It is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous, and Taylor pulls it off flawlessly. I ::heart:: her.
I beg to differ. I thought the emmy dresses were much more colorful and exciting than the ones at this event.

I don’t think she looks that great – the dress has too many ruffles and she’s too skinny – plus her bangs go halfway to the back of her head.
