Vin Diesel’s model girlfriend, Paloma Jimenez, welcomed the couple’s baby girl.

On April 2.

And we’re just now getting around to issuing press releases about it.

Like, I understand waiting until a pregnancy’s three months in before making any announcement. But are we now waiting until the baby’s been born for a full trimester before confirming birth? Like, just in case there’s a really, really, really late-term miscarriage?

Either make an announcement or don’t. But don’t make it two months after the birth. That’s just tacky.

  • Maybe the babything almost died…it’d be wack to announce the birth of a child that may die soon.

All these morons sitting around dishing about how they are fairly sure they were thinking this and that, and the decision they made was based on blah blah blah. Maybe Vin Diesel and his girlfriend figured they could be like everyone else in the world for a year and not make their every moment a public affair. It’d be nice if the rest of the celebrities would fall off the face of the planet similarly, but not come back at all.

  • Just a Dream……..vin’s lady had complications during birth , the cord was wrapped around her throat. the stay in the hospital was extended due to lack of air flow to the lungs and brain. baby and parents are doing great and are looking forward to being a happy and healthy family. I wish them 3 all the love in the world…….Just Me , Memoree Vincent………………………Someone please respond

  • i totally agree with jess……if wot memoreee says is true just leave the guy alone….he’s known for not talkin about his personal life…he was once reported saying that he doesnt like living or dating in the US as there are too many paps….maybe he and his girlfriend moved out to a more quiet place to keep the baby aaway from the world….who knows why…..you aint only dissing vin and his gf, you dissing the kid aswell…that aint fair…i wouldn’t want to diss any kid with a dad like that….i posted a comment on a different website saying ‘if the parents are anything to go by this girl is gonna be a stunner’………………BACK OFFF!!!………vin diesel is DEFFO NOT gay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :P apparently the baby is called Hania Riley x

  • Hm, most of you just seem to be jealous that it wasn’t you. How sad. Oh well. I’m personally happy for him. Oh, and about the keeping it private.. would you want someone snapping pictures at you? Well, we all know Angelina Jolie does, but really.. if you’re pregnant, you want someone all over you? No. You want the moments to be special, private. I guess people without hearts wouldn’t understand that though. Oh well. =) Can’t all be perfect, now can you?
