Rumors were circulating a few weeks ago that Jake G. was dating none other than my personal female celebrity crush, Rachel McAdams, but “sources” are refuting that and upping the ante on speculation.

The woman in question is Isabel Lucas, who is most famously known as Adrien Grenier’s ex-girlfriend and/or the girl that was Shia LaBeouf’s passenger when he wrecked his truck that one time. However, Lucas is more than a pretty face: she took part in Steven Spielberg’s WWII miniseries, The Pacific (which rocked according to the nerd in me) and also had a role playing Alice in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

According to Lainey Gossip, they had recent eyewitnesses that conveyed Gyllenhaal’s up-close-and-personal with Lucas:

“The McJakey campaign was born after Rachel McAdams and Jake Gyllenhaal presented together at the Oscars. Unfortunately there will be no McJakey. Not yet. Because it looks like Jakey is tied up with someone else.

Jake is currently shooting a movie in Montreal called Source Code. Last night he was spotted at Garde Manger and I’m told exclusively that he was ‘all cuddled up’ with Isabel Lucas. She’s the actress from Transformers 2. The one who was with Shia LaBeouf on the night he fucked up his hand in that accident even though she was supposedly dating Adrian Grenier at the time. In any case, she is the hotness.

Jakey was wearing a white shirt over jeans, apparently even hotter in real life. When he wasn’t wrapped around her, he was trying to get Isabel to dance with him. She seemed shy. And he didn’t seem to be missing Reese at all. Or, for that matter, Rachel.”

What do you guys think? A trade-up from Kirsten Dunst and Reese Witherspoon or just another flash in the pan?

I guess that explains this.

“It wasn’t working out,” says a source. “Adrian saw her with Shia and that was kind of it – the crash, their hanging out. He obviously didn’t appreciate it.”

Well, Adrian and Isabel were photographed together several times after the accident, so obviously he still wanted to get in her pants a few times before finishing it off completely.

But this means that Adrian is single and will soon be mine. Oh, yes.

Remember Isabel Lucas? She’s the young woman who was with Shia LaBeouf when he got into his now-infamous DUI car wreck. She’s also Adrian Grenier’s girlfriend. But, as it turns out, she wasn’t his only girlfriend … until now?

It turns out Adrian and Isabel weren’t totally exclusive. Adrian had been seeing model Melissa Keller on the side, and, on the night of the accident, he was with Melissa at her 30th birthday party in Echo Park.

“It was a really small group, he was chatting with her parents, who love him,” says a source. “They were dancing all night and were so cute.”

However, since Isabel’s accident, apparently Adrian’s forgotten all about Melissa and has been spending all his time with Isabel. Sources say the couple has been joined at the hip since then. “Isabel was shaken up pretty badly,” says a source. “He’s been so protective of her.”

I was SO SURE that after Isabel Lucas was caught in a car with a drunken Shia LaBeouf at 3 am on a Sunday morning, Adrian Grenier would dump her ass.

But no!

The two were spotted having lunch together at Urth Cafe in WeHo on Tuesday.

What the hell is she wearing?

This looks like something my five-year-old cousin would throw together. If you left her alone in a Salvation Army store. After putting LSD in her Cheerios.

Hollywood hot-shot Shia LaBeouf was just coming into his own as an alcoholic actor, but he’s gonna have to watch out for Adrian Grenier, who currently wants to kick his ass.

Yes, the mystery female passenger in Shia’s passenger seat during the DUI has been identified, and it’s none other than Shia’s Transformers 2 costar — and Adrian Grenier’s girlfriend — 23-year-old Isabel Lucas. When the Daily News asked Adrian what he thought about Isabel being alone in a car with her drunken costar at 3 o’clock in the morning, he “was testy and had no comment.”

And as for Shia’s activities prior to the incident in question?

He was at the Troubadour club watching the Lemon Son band. “He was dancing around and acting really crazy,” says a source. “He kept doing shots of whiskey. He stayed until the band was done and then stumbled out of the club by himself.”

What the hell was this chick thinking getting into a car with him? She very easily could have been killed. DO NOT LET DRUNK PEOPLE DRIVE YOU AROUND!!!

And as a side note: I totally don’t think this girl is all that pretty, Adrian. Her eyes are creeping me out. You should date me instead. Just saying.
