Mila Kunis Pulled A Ryan Gosling

A photo of Mila Kunis

But in what way? Did she become amazingly gorgeous, the object of so many desires? Nope, she’s always been that. Did she start dating someone that everyone hates, both because he was a dumb person to begin with but also because he’s dating our Mila? Nope, she’s already got that one covered too. So what could she have done?

Oh, yeah, she just saved someone’s life. No big deal.

From TMZ:

Mila Kunis just pulled a Patrick Dempsey and may have saved a man’s life … TMZ has learned.

Sources tell TMZ …  a 50-year-old man — who works in Mila’s house — collapsed Saturday in her L.A. home.  He suffered a violent seizure … choking, coughing up blood and vomiting.  He had bitten through his tongue.

A person on scene tells us … Mila came running, had her friend call 911, then rushed to the man’s side.

We’re told the 28-year-old actress grabbed the man’s head … turned it to the side so he wouldn’t choke … while another person stuffed a wallet in his mouth so he wouldn’t swallow his tongue.

Law enforcement sources tell us … paramedics arrived on scene, rushed the man to the hospital, and he’s since made a full recovery. We’re told Mila volunteered to ride in the ambulance, but it wasn’t necessary.

Mila had quite the week.  The day before, her alleged stalker was taken away in cuffs after he showed up at her gym.

Have any of you guys ever saved someone’s life like this? Because I haven’t, and off the top of my head, I can’t think of anyone I know who has. Well, there was that one time that I was a camp counselor and I helped a little girl with a severe peanut allergy. I was in the pantry, and I somehow managed to knock a gigantic jar of peanut butter off the shelf, and my pants were absolutely covered in peanut butter. Like, I could scoop gobs and gobs of peanut butter off of my pants, it was gross, and that much peanut butter could have definitely hurt that poor girl if my legs got anywhere near her. My friend washed my pants while I took a shower (to get the peanut butter residue off my legs – it was so, so gross), and the girl never knew what happened. So maybe, in a small way, I pulled a Ryan Gosling too.

Do you guys have any neat stories?

  • When I was sixteen a toddler was walking behind an industrial automatic door. His mom motioned for him to walk away from the door and accidentally set off the sensor. The door slammed back into the gate behind it crushing the little boot between a safety rail and the steel door edge. I jumped over the railing and wedged my arm behind the door. I had to lean completely back and shove my foot between the bar an the door to squeeze the kid out. I broke my foot wrestling with the door. I had created enough room for the boy to avoid crushing his chest…his mom did not thank me, dragged her kid away screaming, and the floor manager had to call my mom to pick me up because I couldn’t walk.

  • Damn Penny, you deserve a medal or plaque from the po po for helping like that.

I was taking a late night stroll on the waterfront with my then boyfriend when I saw a lady wading out into the river some 30 feet. It was January. So I told my boyfriend to call 911 while I tried to talk the lady, who was mentally unstable and calling out for an imaginary friend, trying to get her to come back to the shore before she caught hypothermia. She came back a bit by the time the po po got there. Although they whined and moaned about having to save her as the water was freezing. Lovely. Anywhat, they didn’t tell me where they were taking her or give me a number to call so I couldn’t check up on her. I hope she lived and got help.

  • I’ve never been in the situation to save any one. But my dad (who used to be a truck driver) has saved 2 lives. Once when I was young this guy had rolled it jeep from the ice roads. My mother and I were with him when we saw the jeep. The guy was trapped inside. My dad pulled over to check on him.the man was severly injured. But on top of his injuries he had severd the main vain in his neck. My dad got a a blanket from the truck n covered the man in the jeep. Then he held the vein in his neck for almost 2 hours while we waited for the ambulance! Then the firefighters didn’t know how to work the jaws of life so my dad cut him out!
The second incident was a few years ago, he came across a semi that had tolled and was completely crushed. One man had been thrown from the truck and had broken his leg so my dad had my brother sit him down and talk to him because he was in shock. The driver was crushed in the cab and couldn’t get out. His neck was broken but he had severe brain damage. Dad held his head straight and once again tried to stop all the bleeding. They had to air lift both men and the parametics said my dad saved his life. The man his completely paralized but his wife regularly calls and thanks my dad and let’s him know how the man is doing. He has three little boys.

  • I saved a baby from being crushed by a heavy glass door at a cafe, and the mother snatched the baby away from me, glared at me and stormed off. People are such aholes.
