His girlfriend has accused him of head butting her and strangling her, among other things.
After completing his 300 days (which is too little) he will have to complete a one-year domestic violence awareness class, serve five years of formal probation and stay away from his victim for the next 10 years.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the woman says she was dating the actor for only two months before the violent incident.
