Who’s ready for a new Britney Spears album? Anybody? No one? Well, too bad, because you’re getting one. Forget that she hasn’t released a hit in the past several years and that “Pretty Girls” with Iggy Azalea was a bit of a flop and that “Work Bitch” was only somewhat “popular” because it’s so ridiculous — Brit is still raking in millions upon millions of dollars on the daily, and I guess that makes her label think that her recording a new album is a great idea.
Britney shared the news on her Twitter account on Monday, along with a photo of herself with two randoms in the studio. A few days prior, she also told fans that she was recording “vox” for a track that could be called “b9” or something (or maybe that’s the name of the album?) since that’s the hashtag she used.
