And now this shit? To your point (I guess???) Wtf does it matter in 2015 when and if people get married unless they want too. The point is you have a choice and there are many benefits to being married when it comes to starting a family. It’s not a huge feminist issue, or whatever it is you’re trying to make it out to be.
Some people want to get married without starting a family, before starting a family, after starting a family or never, regardless of having children.

If you’re going to reference the Kardashian post, you could at least have read what I said – which was a response to SCOTT’s direct quote, not my own. HE said he’s too busy getting her pregnant to marry her, I thought it was a tacky comment. I don’t think they should ever get married – I don’t even think they should be having kids, considering he’s a self-involved alcoholic who seems to have very little hands-on time actually raising his kids. I don’t even know why I’m dignifying any of this with a response, but the comments here make me LOL on a daily basis.
And yes, I also think the trend of, “Oops, I got knocked up! Guess we need to get married now so we’re a proper nuclear family!” shit is outdated and laughable. I stand by that – that’s not a feminist issue, it’s a “human being with a brain” issue.
