The Simpsons kicked off its 25th season on Sunday (TWENTY-FIVE YEARS!), and after two and a half decades, it’s about time they throw a wrench in the works and change things up a bit, eh? Well, look no further, because this season, the show is going to kill off a major character. Zut alors!
From Canada’s Sun News:
Executive producer Al Jean admitted as much in a recent phone conference with the press, promoting Sunday’s 25th season debut of The Simpsons.
“I’ll give you a clue that the actor playing the character won an Emmy for playing that character, but I won’t say who it is,” Jean said cagily.
In fact, virtually all the major characters have been rewarded with an Emmy over the years.
Yeah, that’s definitely a tough one. Who in the world could it be? Admittedly, I haven’t watched The Simpsons religiously, though I’ve seen a fair bit of the series. I still have zero guesses on who it could be. Flanders? Mr. Burns? Millhouse’s dad? LOL, I’m just naming everyone that comes to mind, now.
Who do you think is going to die this season?
