Y’all Psyched For a New Season of Curb

Larry David Films Curb in NYC

Curb Your Enthusiasm is really one of the only consistently funny shows around these days, if you ask me. I got so pumped for the new season, which is currently filming in New York City, after seeing these photos online this morning. The majority of the episodes this season are being shot in NYC this year, and while I love Larry at home in LA, I’m too happy about another round of episodes that I can’t complain.

Are you looking forward to a new season of Curb, and uh, while you’re here, any recommendations for other TV comedies?

  • Looking forward to it. With the exception of Season 5, which I thought was a bit disappointing and maybe due to the split with the wife that took place about the same time, CYE is a pretty reliable source for a good laugh.

As for other comedies, you might want to take a look at “Louie” with Louis C.K. that just premiered this week on FX. I won't say it's for all tastes, and it can be somewhat dark at times, but there were some pretty funny moments in the first two episodes.

  • I just watched the first two episodes of Louie last night and thought the same thing. It seems to be a little rough around the edges but I definitely think it has potential. I laughed outloud a few times, which is more than I can say for most shows.

  • Haha well i'm jewish so Curb will always be number one in my heart
    buttt…
