Miley Had a Summer Love

Although Miley Cyrus has said several times that she’s living the single life, there’s officially some proof that she got a little more than friendly with her co-star Liam Hemsworth this summer.

The two just finished filming The Last Song in Tybee, Georgia and it was time for the Aussie actor to head back home, so Miles took him to the airport. That’s where, in front of cameras, other travelers and God knows who else, she gave him a send off to remember. “She jumped into his arms and threw her arms around his neck and kissed him and leaned back and he was dipping her. It was like a scene out of an old movie where the guy’s getting on a train and they’re saying their goodbyes,” an eye witness told People Magazine.

It’s not like this comes as a surprise. Despite her denials, Miley’s been Twitter-ing love quotes and sappy song lyrics out the ass, which is a sure sign from a teenager that something’s going on in their love lives. She also often spoke of their hang-sessions.

Now what does Mom and Dad Cyrus and Uncle Mickey Mouse have to say about this completely public display of affection?

  • Well.. Dad Cyrus was at the teen choice awards, applauding her daughter’s stripper dance.. So i don’t really think he gives a fuck about her kissing guys at the airport either..

  • So what. She’s had boyfriends. She may have had sex with them. Most teens are sexually active. She is competing with performers like Brittney Spears, Lady Gaga, and Madonna, who will do anything to get attention, so of course she has to push the envelope.

  • am i showing myself to be just completely out of the loop if i ask whatever happened to the tiniest jonas?

  • I would jump Liam Hemsworth if I were Miley too. Man, that boy is FINE. And I’ll be 18 next month, only about a year and a half older than Miley.

Also, all you people who are always judging Miley and saying that she acts too old for her age..where the hell have you guys been living? Girls her age and younger (and I know from experience) have done waaaay worse things than what she does. Even I have, and I’m considered a “good girl” by my peers and elders. So just because you guys are old and don’t think a girl Miley’s age should act the way she does doesn’t mean its wrong. You guys need to get your heads out of the past.

Also, I saw the video of her being a “stipper.” She squatted down ONE time with the pole between her legs and now she’s a stripper? Please. Get over it.

Also, Ashley; “This girl’s got a fugly face.” What year are you living in, 2004? People were saying “fugly” when I was in 7th grade. I am now going to be a senior. Please think of a better insult because you just sound catty and jealous. Just like the girls were when I was in 7th grade.

Sorry for my rant. I know people haven’t really attacked Miley in this post yet, but I’m sure they will and I was also speaking of earlier posts as well. I’m just sick of people ragging on this girl. Its annoying and uncalled for. Especially the incredibly rude way the people on this site do it. Not the writers. Just the commenters. And kind of Wendi.

    • The thing is, it doesn’t really matter what you do.
You are just some girl in high school (I don’t mean that in a negative way, I’m just some girl in college).

Miley is in the public eye and not only that, but her audience is full of young impressionable girls. People look to Miley as a role model and she can’t act like a regular teen because she’s not a regular teen. She brought this upon herself and she needs grow up and act appropriately. That’s just how it is, I’m not going to pretend I feel bad that people scrutinize her, the fact is, she’s a Disney star and at least in public she should act like a Disney star.

      • yes she can act like a regular teen. who says she’s can’t? you? how does one “act like a disney star”? haha. she doesn’t need to grow up at act appropriately, you need to stop passing judgement. how is she acting inappropriately anyway? i really don’t get what she has done to deserve this onslaught of public criticism. yes, being famous is cause enough, but it’s sad to see women being so mean and judgemental toward a teenage girl.

    • A – Granted, “fugly” was not a good choice of words, but I’d just returned home from having dinner and many cocktails with a friend. I’ll admit, I really should not post comments when inebriated. It just popped into my head. But Cyrus has said some pretty asinine things herself, so she should learn to take it. I actually defended her when that whole Radiohead incident occurred, but then I listened to the whole interview, and realized I was wrong — she sounded like a self-entitled brat.

B – If you get so worked up over the insults on this site, maybe you should find a different blog. I get tired of all the ragging on Kristen Stewart, because I think it’s uncalled for. But I don’t get upset over it. Good or bad, that’s the nature of this site. If it really bothered me, I’d stick to the entertainment page at Huff Post and not read any comments.

  • look miley is a far better Disney girl than Lindsey lohan and the panty-less Britney spear so if you wanna talk bad role model get your facts straighton those chicks. people as for Hilary duff well she left disney to sex up her image as an under wear model but no body complains about her although she did the exact same nonsense as miley but does she get bashed for it? see so many critics never make sense.

  • She’s a teenage girl people!! let her be in love!!! goodness she can’t even ride down her road without a bike helmet on without getting some horrible written in the tabs!!! and if she does wear one when she takes it off its like “OMG MILEY CYRUS HAS HELMET HAIRR!!!” really guys. give her a breakkk!!
