This Is What Happens When Cute Girls Try To Be Edgy

Sure, you look at this picture and you’re probably offended by the cheap look of an exposed zipper.  Seriously, has Hayden Panettiere started shopping at DEB?  Sadly, tragic fasteners are the least of Hayden’s issues.

Pantyline has a new tat that she’s been showing off.  It reads “Vivere senza rimipianti,” which is Italian for “live with no regrets.”  Unfortuantely, “rimipianti” is spelled incorrectly; it should read “rimpianti.”  So much for living with no regrets.

You know, there aren’t too many things more devastating than a permanent body ink typo.  Well, unless they announce a Bring it On 6that would be more devastating.

  • Chicks with tattoos like this only look like gang whores that get passed around.

    • who do you think you are? I wish you would stop talking out of your ass, pun intended.

      • He’s probably got his incestual, STD-ridden sisters named tattooed in old English letting across his ass.

His Mom’s name is on his Pedro..

      • What’s your defect?

You are either a gang whore or a toothless old hooker with too many tattoos.

    • Exactly. You aren’t cooler because it is in a foreign language, sorry. If it’s not your native language, get a native speaker to double check it! Otherwise it’s your own damn fault if it is wrong!

  • I was laughing about this when I read it on Perez Hilton last night. Bet she feels pretty cool now.

  • I actually love this tattoo, I love when pretty girls have artistic tats like that. If they can pull it off, go for it! :)

    • Yeah um, I wouldn’t exactly call getting a phrase tattooed “artistic” just because it is in another language. It may be a technically difficult tattoo for the artist to get the letters looking right, but I don’t think it would be considered an artistic challenge for most artists.

  • poor Hayden. Stupid tattoo! She is such a cute girl, I just wish she would make better decisions !

  • One of my girlfriends attempted to get her name in hebrew on her neck. It says donkey when translated correctly!

    Really girls?

  • “To live without regrets” would be the correct translation if it was spelled correctly.

  • As a linguist and a total pedant, I have absolutely no sympathy for her.

    Okay, well…maybe a little.

Seriously, though–what kind of idiot gets a tattoo in a language she doesn’t speak fluently without having it checked at least a few times by native speakers of said language?

  • Does this blog go to Perez to get all the fodder? Its pretty closely lined up with his stuff.

  • Yea… my word tattoos will probably all be in English. And if I decided to go for another language it would be French, because I’ve actually studied it. I mean couldn’t the girl at least use Google translator?

  • hmmm, I do not think this tattoo is all that new. she’s had it for a few months at least………..

    whoops

  • just a quick search… she’s had it at least since back in october 2008 – over 5 months ago.

Perhaps though, it’s a new snap shot where we have seem (almost) all of it. But it’s not really a new tattoo.

  • My dad is italian, and when I showed him this, he started laughing hysterically and muttering, “rimpianti…rimipianti…rim, rim…AHAHAHA!!!!”

  • Very embarrasing, I’m sure she feels humiliated..but celebrities are human too, we all make mistakes. It wasnt very hard to look it up though Hayden.
