I scratch my head sometimes at who producers and casting agents select to play various real life people. I’m not sure I see Jeremy White as Bruce Springsteen, but that’s the word on the street.
The film is called Deliver Me from Nowhere, which would follow the rock icon during the creation of his 1982 album Nebraska. Variety reports that A24 is circling the project, which originates from author Warren Zanes’ 2023 non-fiction book of the same name.
There’s been no confirmation, but no matter who plays Bruce, you can expect this to be a huge film since the beloved rock star has never been the subject of such a project before.
