If you didn’t know, there have been a bunch of rumors circling the internet about Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton.
Back in January Kate went in for an abdominal procedure that was to keep her out of action for two weeks and then on hard rest back at home. This would keep her off any official duties till Easter.
But the internet noticed that no one had seen her at all in months. Not going into the hospital or coming out. Then Prince William backed out of delivering a reading at the funeral of his godfather and people’s speculations went wild about his possibly needing to be by her side. Or worse, a rocky marriage was falling apart and the two were living separately.
Well now the Palace is addressing those rumors. Something it almost never does.
A spokesperson for Princess Kate said, “We were very clear from the outset that the Princess of Wales was out until after Easter and Kensington Palace would only be providing updates when something was significant.”
The spokesperson reiterated the princess is “doing well.”
Of course, this isn’t likely to ease anyone’s mind as people are as trusting of the royal family as they are of the US government. Like not.
I guess only time will tell.
