More abandonment for the hyper antisemitic Kanye West.
The School of the Art Institute of Chicago has rescinded the honorary degree they bestowed on him back in 2015.
In the letter, which was obtained by TMZ on Thursday, SAIC president Elissa Tenny said Kanyes “anti-Black, antisemitic, and incendiary statements, particularly those directed at Black and Jewish communities, are disgusting and condemnable”.
“As a community, we know that there are varying opinions on what our School’s response should be––even as we all agree that his behavior is indefensible.”
It’s all very reminiscent of Bill Cosby.
