Today's Evil Beet Gossip

A-List packed film coming in January

You have to be careful when you make a film that has so many high wattage stars that the story doesn’t get lost in the cast.

“Maybe I do” is a new film from Michael Jacobs (Quiz Show) and stars
Diane Keaton (Annie Hall), Richard Gere (American Gigolo), Susan Sarandon (Thelma and Louise), William H. Macy (Fargo), Emma Roberts (We’re the Millers), and Luke Bracey (Elvis).

The story follows a couple, Michelle and Allen, who have reached the point in their relationship where they are considering the next steps and decide to invite their parents to finally meet. The parents already know each other well – really well – leading to distinct and defining opinions about the value of marriage.

Vertical Entertainment has acquired North American rights to the romantic comedy, which will receive a domestic rollout on January 27, 2023.
