A determination has been made in the death of a 16 year old actor who died last year.
Logan Williams was known for playing a young Barry Allen on CW’s The Flash. On April 2nd of last year he was found unresponsive with drug paraphernalia near him.
A report written by the BC Coroners Service, obtained by The New York Post on Wednesday, confirms Logan succumbed to ‘unintentional illicit drug toxicity (fentanyl)’ . The death has been classified as as ‘accidental.’
The report states that Logan “struggled with mental health concerns and had a history of consuming illicit substances.”
According to the BC Coroners Service, Logan was found ‘unresponsive after consuming [illicit] substances’ on February 26, 2020 – just five weeks before his death.
Logan was subsequently diagnosed with a ‘significant brain injury that affected his memory and functioning’. He spent two weeks in hospital before he was transferred to a residential care home.
On April 2, an employee at the home discovered Logan dead. Drug paraphernalia was ‘located near to his body.’
