“Parks and Recreation” star Chris Pratt and wife Anna Faris are separating after eight years of marriage.
The celebrity couple posted a message on Facebook to express their sadness about “legally separating” and to declare their love for their 4-year-old son, Jack.
“We tried hard for a long time, and we’re really disappointed,” said the message posted Sunday night. “Our son has two parents who love him very much, and for his sake we want to keep this situation as private as possible moving forward.”
They added they “still have love for each other, will always cherish our time together.”
