Betsey Johnson has just unloaded her fabulous apartment at 30 East 85th Street for the basement price of $1.8 million, according to the Observer.
850-square-foot apartment is rather adorable and has one bedroom and two bathrooms. Johnson purchased it in 2008 for $1,854,000, and she originally listed it in May this year for $2.25 million until discounting it to its current price.
The best part is the spacious terrace. It’s nearly half the size of the apt at 300 sq ft
