Don’t you love giveaways? Because I love giveaways. And because I love you all so, so much, there’s stuff in this giveaway for you, which is normally how it works, but I digress. There’s stuff in it for you, and that’s all that really matters—specifically, a $25 Fandango Bucks card to use at the movies, a plush robe, and a t-shirt.

Now that you’re all revved up to go to the movies while wearing a cozy, comfy robe, and maybe even a free, new t-shirt under it all, here’s how you enter: it’s simple—all you have to do is like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, share this post on Facebook, and comment to let us know that you completed all items. All four steps must be followed to qualify to win.

Here’s the trailer if you haven’t already seen it:

Here’s the film synopsis, too:

Five years after writer/director Judd Apatow introduced us to Pete and Debbie in Knocked Up, Paul Rudd and Leslie Mann reprise their roles as a husband and wife both approaching a milestone meltdown in This Is 40, an unfiltered, comedic look inside the life of an American family.

After years of marriage, Pete lives in a house of all females: wife Debbie and their two daughters, eight-year-old Charlotte (Iris Apatow) and 13-year-old Sadie (Maude Apatow). As he struggles to keep his record label afloat, he and Debbie must figure out how to forgive, forget and enjoy the rest of their lives…before they kill each other.

In his fourth directorial outing, Apatow’s new comedy captures what it takes for one family to flourish in the middle of a lifetime together.

What emerges is a deeply honest portrait of the challenges and rewards of marriage and parenthood in the modern age. Through the filmmaker’s unblinking lens, we follow one couple’s three-week navigation of sex and romance, career triumphs and financial hardships, aging parents and maturing children.

‘This is 40’ will play in select theaters beginning Friday, December 21st.

HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY: Facebook Friends (and Non-Friends), Listen Up

We’re approaching another milestone in Facebook fans, and when we hit 5k likes, we’re going to give away a pretty good-sized Amazon gift card.

All you have to do—LIKE US ON FACEBOOK. Suggest the page to your friends. In short, help us get our number up to 5k as soon as humanly possible, because if we don’t give this Amazon gift card away (in time for the holidays, mind you), it’s going to burn a hole in my pocket and I’m going to spend it. And you know what? I don’t think the higher-ups would be very happy with me spending your dough on economy-sized packages of Andes mint candies (oh my God have you ever), ugly Christmas jumpers, or extra-fuzzy socks. Thing is? We’ll double the amount if we receive the five-thousandth like by the 15th of December, ten whole days to spend your Amazon money and get your stuff in the mail in time for Christmas.

I don’t know about you guys, but I just cannot wait to see this movie. Could there have been a better pick than Keira Knightley? I hardly think so.

But enough about me—because we love you, there’s stuff in this post for you, too—what, you wonder? Well, a copy of the book, the film soundtrack, and a Votivo candle with bookmark. A second winner will receive all that minus the Visa gift card. To enter? It’s simple—all you have to do is like us on Facebook, follow us on Twitter, share this post on Facebook, and comment to let us know that you completed all items. All four steps must be followed to qualify to win.
