Taylor Momsen Does ‘Chelsea Lately’

What happens with the “hardest” and “most rockin’” teen in rock n’ roll history stops by the set of the brassiest woman in show biz‘s late night talk show? Talk about childhood orgies, cigarettes and how hard Taylor rocks, of course.

The two got along pretty famously, which is surprising considering the fact that both ladies and kind of confrontational and known for running their mouths. Perhaps they were both just afraid they’d finally met their match?

Either way, I found this interview pretty fun to watch and was kind of blown away by how pleasant Taylor seemed. Like, shoot… maybe she’s not all that bad.

Nicki Minaj Tells Chelsea Handler to ‘Sit [Her] Ass Down,’ Continues to Be My Hero

Nicki Minaj is a respectful and respectable young woman, but don’t mess with her.

Last night the rapper appeared on Chelsea Lately to plug her new album, “Pink Friday,” and while explaining how she teamed up with Eminem to do “Roman’s Revenge,” Chelsea rudely interrupted Nicki to say, “You’re going all Puerto Rican on my ass all of a sudden.”

Now, I don’t even know what that means. I don’t know if that comment was about Nicki’s accent or the names she was dropping or what. To me, the comment came off as racist because it was baseless and unrelated to anything that was going on. Apparently Nicki thought the remark was off-color as well because she responded by saying, “Chelsea! Sit your ass down!”

Chelsea laughed and the audience laughed, too. But they also did one of those murmur-y “Oooooh, shit!” things that audiences tend to do when someone starts sassing the host/is coming too correct for TV.

Chris Colfer from Glee on Chelsea Lately

Chris Colfer, Glee‘s Boss Bitch, was on Chelsea Lately last night discussing all things “new celebrity” and he was absolutely adorable. Of course one major topic of conversation is that Chris is an openly gay 19 year old actor, which, according to both him and Chelsea, is a lot less novel than you’d think. After Chelsea spent a moment awkwardly comforting Chris on his decision to be out by applauding his courage, Chris says, “You know what my answer was to that question prior to coming out was? I was as straight as every other actor in Hollywood.” ZING! And then Chelsea was all, “I don’t know what you’re talking about, I’ve never seen Valkyrie.”

Chris also talks about his Glee audition, dealing with paparazzi and his small hometown roots. Oh! And some LA County public school is harassing him about his daughter skipping class.
