Bob Sagets Family is not certain of no foul play in death

We learned this weekend that the cause of comedian Bob Sagets death was blunt force trauma to the head and then he likely laid down to sleep and died of bleeding on the brain.

Awful.

But how did he get the blow to the head that the medical examiner said was liken to being hit with a baseball bat?

Police feel a number of things, a fall in the shower, a bang into the headboard of the bed, could have caused the injury, but his family is NOT convinced.

So on Tuesday the family filed a lawsuit to block the release of records from the investigation till they feel satisfied a thorough investigation is done.

The family sought an injunction against the medical examiner’s office and the Orange County Sheriff to prevent the release of any records – including photographs, video and audio recordings, and ‘statutorily protected autopsy information’ – related to his death.

‘Plaintiffs will suffer irreparable harm in the form of extreme mental pain, anguish, and emotional distress if Defendants release the Records in response to public records requests or otherwise disseminate the Records for any other reason or purpose,’ the lawsuit stated, according to a copy obtained by ABC News.

The entire thing is certainly sus, but I hope in the end there was truly no foul play.
