I remember trying to describe the Wonder Twins to a millennial once and being very confused by what was coming out of my own mouth.
The Wonder Twins were cartoon super heroes on television Saturday mornings in the 1970’s – 80’s. They fought crime by turning into a bucket of water or an eagle. Can I explain how? No. Not at all.
The official description reads “Wonder Twins are a pair of shape-shifting alien siblings named Zan and Jayna”.
Now comes word veteran writer-producer Adam Sztykiel (Black Adam, Scoob!) has been tapped to write and direct an original, live-action version of this very strange cartoon.
Sztykiel most recently wrote Warner Bros.’ DC superhero pic Black Adam, starring Dwayne Johnson, which is slated for release on July 29.
