Fans of The Goldbergs are going to be rather sad to see their beloved “dad” leave the show, but it seems it might be necessary.
Jeff Garlin will no longer appear on ABC’s long-running sitcom “The Goldbergs,” effective immediately.
The studio or Garlin himself aren’t talking about what the reasons are for the departure, but last month he told Vanity Fair “there has been an HR investigation on me the past three years. HR has come to me three years in a row for my behavior on set.”
Which to me is REALLY weird. I mean HR is investigating you for three years? That would mean whatever you were doing you continued doing it? I can’t wrap my brain around this one.
Vanity Fair did say an unknown source said Garlin “engaged in a pattern of verbal and physical conduct on set that made people uncomfortable.”
