It’s only been 24 hours, but news that Ed Sheeran has Covid is EVERYWHERE. I think, just after Tom Hanks, this may be the most beloved person to contract the never-ending virus.
Poor Ed is just days away from dropping his newest album and 7 days away from an SNL performance and now at least one of those isn’t happening.
Ed says he’s following guidelines and quarantining for the foreseeable future, so SNL and dozens of interviews are off the table.
As he is currently asymptomatic, Sheeran plans to do what interviews and performances he can from his home.
