Comedian Chris D’Elia is in a pretty gross situation thanks to an evening back in 2014.
According to court filings, Chris “lured” a then 17 year old back to his hotel room after a stand up show he did. Said 17 year old is going by Jane Doe in the lawsuit, and in it she Doe says Chris repeatedly told her how hot it was that she was 17 and in high school.
He stressed that her innocence and virginity made the experience even hotter. Now I know that men (and women) enjoy taking someone’s virginity, so it’s not so crazy he be excited by that. But it’s the youth talk for me.
And now, thanks to his need to take 100’s of photos of Jane Doe, he’s also getting hit with a child porn suit.
Responding to the allegations, a spokesperson for the 40-year-old comic said ‘Chris denies these allegations and will vigorously defend himself against them in court.’
Whats more is this is just the beginning. Apparently, he’s been getting hit with suits from a number of women claiming he slept with them when they were underage.
This is going to be a mess. Get yourself right, men.
