TMZ is reporting John wed his girlfriend Shay Shariatzadeh, who he’s been seeing since exactly this time last year.
John dating history includes a really nasty split from Nikki Bella in 2018 and he seemed due for a chill time.
TMZ notes that the two filed for a marriage certificate early in October and wed on Oct. 12 in Tampa. The outlet adds that Iran-born Shariatzadeh is a Canadian citizen and works for a tech company in Vancouver. She also has a degree in engineering from the University of British Columbia, so she’s not your run of the mill Hollywood wife, and good on you, Cena, for wanting more.
The marriage is Cena’s second: He was previously married to Elizabeth Huberdeau from 2009 to 2012.
