Natasha Bedingfield selling LA Hacienda

Natasha Bedingfield, the woman who performed the earwormy tune “Unwritten” that was used for the theme song to “The Hills” is selling her canyon- and city-view Mediterranean villa on a high ridge above L.A.’s Beachwood Canyon and just below the Hollywood sign.

Having a view of the Hollywood sign is like the classic way to roll up on the tinsel town.  And this Spanish style home is a perfect example of LA architecture.

From the listing (theagencyre.com):

A 2-story entry helps to accent the light and bright atmosphere of the home. The living room is adorned with floor to ceiling french doors that capture the views that will make your jaw drop. As you make your way through the home you are enveloped with plenty of light as windows and french doors adorn the walls throughout. The massive gourmet kitchen has an oversized island and plenty of room to entertain. The master bedroom is a true suite complete with a walk-in closet, gorgeous master bathroom, and a balcony that is perfect for morning coffees. Two additional generous sized bedrooms flank the second story.
