Rotund rapist, Harvey Weinstein, is being sentenced today in the sexual assault charges he was convicted of last month.
Weinstein is facing a minimum of five years in prison and a maximum of 25 years and his lawyers say he simply can’t take any more stress. lol.
His lawyers noted “Since the New Yorker article was published in 2017, Mr. Weinstein’s life has been destroyed. His wife divorced him, he was fired from The Weinstein Company, and in short, he lost everything.”
He also describes “his fall from grace [as] historic, perhaps unmatched in the age of social media.”
Lawyers also describe a bunch of ailments Harv suffers from, most of which I assume are made up, either intentionally or through his own panic at the situation.
67-year-old Weinstein was convicted for a Criminal Sexual Act in the First Degree and Rape in the Third Degree. Prosecutors have asked the judge to impose a sentence that reflects the seriousness of his offenses, his total lack of remorse and the need to deter him from engaging in further criminal conduct.
